Refund policy
Refund Processing and Returned Item Inspection
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs, provided this requirement has been clearly communicated before purchase and is permitted by applicable law.
Upon receipt of a returned item, we will inspect its condition, including the item itself, original factory seals, outer packaging, protective inserts, accessories and any other components supplied with the order. We may take photographs or videos and retain other reasonable evidence to document the condition of the returned goods.
If the returned item or its packaging is damaged, altered, incomplete or otherwise diminished in value, we reserve the right to assess the actual reduction in value and deduct an appropriate amount from the refund where permitted by applicable law and supported by reasonable evidence.
This assessment may include damage that appears to have occurred during handling, packaging or return transportation arranged by the customer. Any deduction will be assessed individually, taking into account the condition of the item before dispatch, the condition upon return, the available evidence, the cause of the damage and the applicable legal requirements. Damage alone does not automatically entitle us to deduct an amount from a refund.
We will process refunds within the time limits required by applicable law. Where legally permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Any inspection, assessment or proposed deduction will not be used to delay a statutory refund beyond the period permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
